Water
A glass jar
A sieve
¼ teaspoon of kelp meal
A food processor or blender
Elastic band or cheesecloth.
To make this, do the following:
Clean the seeds so that they’re not contaminated or have any grime on this. Run the seed under the water. It also gets rid of the growth inhibitors in the seeds as well.
Keep these overnight and add some kelp meal to help with infusing this to push for the germination fo this.
Rinse and dry the seeds, sand then put them n the jar, making sure that they sit on the sides. Put a cheese cloth over the top, and then, keep a rubber band over the top to keep dust out.
Drain and rinse the seeds twice daily for a few days, and then, once they’ve sprouted, put it in a processor with about a cup of water. The nutria bullet blenders are good, but any food processor should do it well.
Get the liquid and the seed pulp separated through using a sieve, and the strain the liquid, and then you can get rid of the pulp through composting or in the soil
Dilute the rest of the seeds with water, and then, you can prepare it for a tea
